2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to information collected through gigikenneth.com, including:

Email you send me directly
Newsletter sign-ups, which are handled by Substack
Call bookings, which are handled by Cal.com
Website analytics through Google Analytics, loaded only if you accept cookies
Hosting and delivery through Vercel

It does not cover third-party sites I link to, such as LinkedIn, Substack, or YouTube. Please review their policies separately.

3. Information I collect

Information you provide. Your name, email address, and anything you include in a message or a booking, such as project details or questions.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, my host (Vercel) processes standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring site, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records aggregate, non-identifying usage data.

To reply to your messages or booking requests
To send newsletters or updates, only if you opt in
To understand site traffic in aggregate and improve the experience
To meet legal obligations where required

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Google Analytics is loaded only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Embedded tools, such as the Cal.com booking widget, may set their own cookies when you use them. For full detail, see theCookie Policy.

6. Newsletter

If you subscribe, I'll occasionally send updates about posts, services, and projects. Subscriptions are managed by Substack, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any email. See Substack's privacy policy.

7. Data storage and retention

Your information is stored with the providers named above: Vercel for hosting, Substack for newsletter data, Google for analytics, and Cal.com for bookings. I keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes here, to meet legal obligations, or until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

8. Your rights (EEA and similar regions)

If you live in the European Economic Area or a similar jurisdiction, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or port your data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. To do so, email hello@gigikenneth.com.

9. Data security

I take reasonable measures to protect your data using the security infrastructure of the providers above and standard best practices. No online service is completely immune from risk, and by using this site you accept that.

10. International data transfers

My providers may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States. By using this site and providing your information, you consent to that transfer and processing.

11. Third-party tools

This site uses Cal.com for bookings, Substack for the newsletter, and Google Analytics for opt-in analytics. I have no control over how these providers handle data once you interact with them. Please review their policies for details.

12. Children's privacy

This site is not intended for children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe I have, please contact me and I will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new date.
