How I work

I keep things straightforward, organized, and clear. No chaos, no over-complication.

1. Understand the product and the people

I start by learning the product, audience, and context. This can include reading through docs, product demos, and asking the right questions. The goal is to understand what you do and why it matters.

2. Talk to your team when needed

I speak with founders, PMs, engineers, researchers, or anyone close to the work. This helps me capture nuance, edge cases, and the story behind the product.

3. Build a clear plan

I map out the structure, messaging, and content approach so everyone is aligned.
 

4. Create and refine

I draft, iterate, and polish until it reads cleanly, accurately, and confidently. I make sure tone stays human, uncomplicated, and relevant to your target audience.  

5. Support the systems

When needed, I also help with setup; writing workflows, AI prompts, and light automations to make ongoing content easier.

6. Share updates regularly

Transparent communication is key. I provide weekly updates or async check-ins so you always know the status and next steps.
