Whether it's a conference keynote or a casual panel, I love helping people understand technical things in a human way. Just give me a bit of notice, I’m a shy person, which means I prepare like it's a TED Talk every time.

Gift 'Gigi' Kenneth works as an Internal Journalist at Appsilon. Her expertise includes technical writing and machine learning. Gigi is deeply interested in responsible tech and women's health issues. When she's not working, she loves to unwind with a good book or engage in fencing. ​​

Gigi Kenneth started writing about AI and data science when she realized that explaining complex topics made her understand them better. With a background in biochemistry and a curiosity for machine learning, she found herself drawn to building interactive applications, sometimes just to see if she could.

She has since worked on projects that blend AI, Python, Shiny, and content marketing, experimenting with how large language models (LLMs) can assist in app development. She’s now an Internal Journalist at Appsilon, helping bridge the gap between data science and storytelling. When she’s not writing or coding, she’s probably reading, running, or figuring out how to turn a random thought into a blog post.

Gift “Gigi” Kenneth is a technical writer and internal journalist at Appsilon. She began writing about AI and data science when she realized that explaining things helped her understand them better.

Since then, she’s built interactive apps, experimented with large language models, and worked on projects that blend AI, Python, Shiny, and content strategy. At Appsilon, she bridges the gap between technical teams and the wider world, translating complex concepts into stories (especially around adopting open-source in pharma).

She’s also passionate about responsible tech, women’s health, and helping others see the human side of data. When she’s not working, you’ll find her with a book, out on a walk, fencing, or turning a stray thought into a blog post.
