Content Planning / Lesson 6 of 31

What is Content Planning?

Now that you understand your audience and how content fits into different stages of the funnel, it's time to start planning your content. A good content plan keeps your ideas structured, aligned with your goals, and easy to execute.

📌 Why is Content Planning Important?

Without a plan, you'll:

❌ Struggle to come up with ideas at the last minute

❌ Post inconsistently and lose audience engagement

❌ Have no way to measure what's working

With a content plan, you can:

Stay consistent - Your audience knows what to expect.

Save time - No more scrambling for ideas.

Align content with goals - Every piece of content has a purpose.

Measure success - You can track performance and improve over time.

🔍 Common Challenges in Content Planning & How to Overcome Them

ChallengeSolution
"I don't know what to post."Use an idea bank to collect topics (we'll cover this in the next section!).
"I don't have time to create content regularly."Batch create content in advance and schedule posts.
"I forget to post consistently."Use a content calendar to stay on track.
"I don't know if my content is working."Track performance with engagement metrics and feedback.

📌 Example: If you run a tech blog, planning your content ensures you consistently post about trending topics, tutorials, and industry updates instead of posting random tech-related content.
